Our Team
'The Enthusiast'
Keith Currington
In 1992 Keith started in business with an objective to achieve the most efficient route from raw materials to customer.
His daily mantra has always been ‘Add Value’. Once you comprehend what this passion for added value means to him, you understand the purpose of our UK businesses.
Keith insists that we have no particular, grand secret behind our successes. “We simply have 1,000 tiny details that we take care of every day with every customer and every product. These are based upon courtesy, common sense and an obsessive attention to detail”. “Good humour” and “don’t hide from problems” are another two important aspects of his approach to our working day.
His other passion in life will be familiar to all who know Keith: Vintage and Classic Cars.
He almost always has a restoration project underway in his workshop at home.

'The fixer'
Anthony Holloway
Anthony started with us over a decade ago as Sales Manager.
He is now a Director and the primary point of contact for many of our customers.
“We understand the needs of both retailers and consumers”, says Anthony. “This is carried throughout the business, from design and product development to product delivery and aftercare.
My focus is our customer relationships and to build long-term partnerships.
My objective will always be to create the best product, for the best retailer, supported by the highest levels of service”.
In his private life Anthony has strong family values and knows his priorities: Juggling business needs with family life is a constant challenge, but he wouldn’t have it any other way.

'The Linchpin'
Sharon Wicks
Sharon is our Financial Director, Company Secretary, Office Manager and the ‘Go To’ person for almost everything behind the scenes. She has worked with Keith for over 22 years and is responsible for all areas of our business administration (plus much more). Sharon holds CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) status and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
‘My daily focus is to ensure our office team remain committed to providing an efficient and friendly administration service to all our customers. Together, we handle order processing, daily communications, sales enquiries, all accounts functions and customer service / aftercare. With recent investment and updates to our IT equipment and software; we continue to further improve the service we provide all customers along with the support we give to Keith and Anthony.’
In her personal life Sharon is a keen runner and long-distance walker, often challenging herself to some tough endurance events. These are occasionally followed by a treat at the Spa and a well-earned glass of what the grape has to offer.
‘The Linguist’
Ewa Zacharewicz
Ewa joined Primavera UK in 2017 and quickly became a highly valued contributor to our team.
Her official title relates to Sales Support, however,
Ewa is extremely flexible and helps us in numerous other areas. She is also an important link between the UK and the factory with a hands-on approach to make sure things get done.
Ewa was raised in the same small town in Poland where the factory is located, and her background (previously working at the factory), is a significant advantage.
She is familiar with each department in the factory and has a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
Importantly, she also has great communication skills when liaising with our colleagues in Barczewo.
In her spare time Ewa’s interests are around healthy living and healthy eating.
Her knowledge on many dietary subjects and how food interacts with our bodies is well researched, and she is remarkably strong-willed when it comes to following a healthy dietary regime.

‘If only the devil could cast his net’
The Admin Angels
The Admin angels are the hidden backbone of our business. Busily working behind the scenes, they always find light and good cheer to brighten their days.
The two Sarahs, are both classic examples of great multitaskers. They both help each other according to the workload, often working beyond their official requirement and they do it with a smile.
If a truck arrives that needs unloading, they roll up their sleeves without a second thought.
If we have customers visiting, or the phone rings: they manage in an instant to put on their angelic facade- Keith however, is convinced that they both have a background in the Marine Corps! Their tenacious approach to finding solutions to get the job done, is as impressive as it is humbling.

Her background in wholesale banking compliance was a great grounding for this important area of our business.

On behalf of the factory, Karen helps manage their compliance-related data, coordinating with the factory and their various suppliers to organise and maintain a reliable testing schedule/database.
She also liaises with several accredited test laboratories, overseeing compliance documentation which is then uploaded to our compliance portal.
This is accessible to our customers upon request.
In her spare time Karen is passionate about animal husbandry, especially in connection with the many rescue tortoises she takes into care.
